Job Description

  • Đảm bảo việc giao thẻ tín dụng đến địa chỉ khách hàng nhanh chóng theo đúng tiến độ
  • Đối chiếu thông tin khách hàng (CMND, địa chỉ...) khớp với chứng từ của Ngân hàng.
  • Phát hiện các điểm nghi ngờ từ khách hàng (sắc mặt, tự tin, thông tin & hình ảnh trên CMND/CCCD có khác người nhận thẻ hay không ...)
  • Báo về bộ phận xử lý tạm ngưng giao thẻ, khóa tài khoản và thẻ nếu có dấu hiệu gian lận

Thời gian làm việc: 6 ngày/ tuần 

Job Requirement

  • Nam. Sức khỏe tốt. Có xe máy & smart phone.
  • Tốt nghiệp Phổ thông Trung học trở lên.
  • Đã có kinh nghiệm giao nhận là một lợi thế.
  • Giao tiếp trôi chảy, thẳng thắn.
  • Đúng giờ, trung thực
