Job Description

  • Checking data from eKYC OCR, compare with client’s ID and correct/add missing data;
  • Checking documents for compliance and completeness of the data provided;
  • Making outgoing calls to clients in order to clarify information;
  • Consulting clients on new modern online banking;
  • Other tasks assigned by Underwriting supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Underwriting;
  • Experience in a contact center (banking will be an advantage);
  • Skills of work word/excel / PowerPoint;
  • Competent English (written and oral);
  • Attentiveness, responsibility, punctuality, customer focus;
  • Having professional knowledge of banking credit operations, Underwriting;
  • Capable of customer appraisal, financial analysis, assessment and appraisal of investment projects, loan plans and loan security assets.
