Handling customers' queries professionally via phone/ email/ chat/ social media.
Contact customers by phone to advise, support and encourage customers to experience the
product;
Assist customers to finish onboarding procees
Inform customers about new features in the mobile application
Use prepared scenarios to influence customers in using the product and tailor the scenario to
meet the needs of specific customers;
Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries;
Record customer feedback on products;
Conduct customer surveys if needed.
Minimum education background of college degree.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Professional tone.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Can speak English
